    UltimateTV, TiVo, DVR...all the same shit...actually TiVo is the lessor of the three

    DirecTV is the shizzle, cable sucks ass

    I’ve got directv and comporium digital cable. The comporium is actually the new fiber optic stuff…the internet screams…phone & security run through it too.

    The only reason I’m keeping directv is the NFL and NHL packages.

    With comporium, you don’t have to buy the HD DVR box….with directv you do…it’ll cost you about $500 for the HD Tivo box.

    Actually right now if you call DirecTV customer retention they will give you a free HD DVR box witha 2 year commitment. 3 of my friends just got the deal. I was a little too early, but did get it 6 months ago for $350 from them.
