Didn't Take Del RIo long did it !!!

    In a recent interview with Del Rio, he said that after looking at the films of last year, he felt the tackling was ATROCIOUS !! That goes along with just about everybodys opinion. If we are to stop the run and the pass, they BETTER learn how to HARD tackle. Finger tackling just doesn't cut it. Neither does soft arm tackling .
    Guess tht means our CORNERS AND LINEBACKERS, will get a wake up call from Del Rio. Teach them how to tackle the way Cooper DOES !!
    Kick the defense in their under achieving butts - HARD.

    The Old COot says that we could have won a LOT MORE games last year if we had just tackled the way we should have.. Say amen.

    Amen.

    I like that they didn't come in with a set offense or defense. It's good to have a standard, but you gotta be flexible.

    Can't recall ever hearing these kind of critical comments from our previous coaching staffs. This is refreshing!!!!!!!
