Bengals coach Marvin Lewis, giving his side of the ill-fated Dewayne Robertson trade, said in Cincinnati that it "had nothing to do with money," fueling speculation that the bone-on-bone condition in Robertson's left knee may have been a factor. we could trade the jets our 4th and 5th round pick for robertson and shore up the D- line so we still gained a 3rd round pick from jenkins and got a younger DT that might want to play here.

 

I think it's the massive contract Robertson wants that would not make it palatable for us..
