Well, the Iggles, with arguably the best secondary in the business, played man on their first series, and were torched.

Maybe, just maybe, Warner + Fitz is just that fucking special.

Common theme in this game, and last week's: pass protection.

We'll see how this game evolves, but Warner looks cozy.

Still very early in this game, but the Arizona line, particularly Gandy, deserve some props.

Gandy has gone against Abraham and Jesus in the last two weeks:

    Abraham: 1 tackle, 0 sacks
    Jesus: 2 tackles, 0 sacks

A pick for McRibb. Tried to thread it in between like Jake and Smitty.
Maybe Jake wasn't so bad after all last week.

But the Iggles got it back on a fumble.

Jake was bad. But, Zona is doing some things to more than just Jake.

Philly played Arizona correctly during November. They didn't bother pressuring Warner, dropped the LB into short coverage and doubled the long ball.

They already made the adjustment on the 2nd and 3rd possession. I see Philly defending Warner from this point on. I'm hoping Arizona can get the RBs to force Philly to protect the box, but that's not happening right now.

Should be an interesting game. Reid is a great coach and the adjustments made after the first series were right on.

Arizona didn't finish second in points by accident, but it was fair to criticize Fox & Trgovac for making it especially easy last week. Jim Johnson plays man almost exclusively, but he is loath to double team a receiver, so Arizona isn't the best match-up for them if the Cardinals' pass protection holds up (obviously a big "if").

Nice trick play. That's what it takes to open up a game, sometimes.
