    Gotta be Beason, my guess.

Beason makes the most sense. After that, I'd guess someone like Harris or Davis would have an alternate helmet (like Seneca Wallace had two helmets, one to play WR, one to play QB) for situations that Beason is unable to be on the field (since he would obviously be on the field all downs from scrimage in theory).

just read a blurb on PFT that stated Fox raised some concerns about this but we did vote for it.

Remind me. Does the radio in the helmet get turned off once the offense is set? Would that be the same for the defense?

    should, yes.

For me, I don't see the specific problem with having two players on the field that can listen to the play, on offense or defense. It's not like they can converse.

I guess you could make a case that the DBs could line up without a huddle every down, if a S had the call as well, but that'd be a very minor concern.

Beason. Beyond him, I'm not sure. Lucas maybe?

beason, or Harris, I think Minter wore one of those play bands before so a safety would make sense. :xyxthumbs:

Since they will probably be watching for video taping of the sidelines, I wonder if Belichicks next move is to pipe into the defenses wave length
