    Not every team has the QB that can run it.

    We expanded to the zone read half way during the season last year.

    We did it with the Wildcat previous to that.

    Maybe not the Pistol specifically but SF didnt have a problem adjusting when Kap came in.

    I'm pretty sure both of those were practiced before the season started.
