    People ought to put more thought and, yes, even angst into their lives. Angst is just intuition, and intuition is a superpower if you understand how to use it.

    I left angst in my teen years. If you're an adult with angst then therapy should be on your schedule. GenXers and Millennials reach adulthood a lot later than Boomers and earlier generations.
