that's the buzz. It came out initially because Dallas was married to the 3-4 and that seemed like a silly reason to hire a guy. Phillips isn't a bad coach, though.

Supposedly, Turner had an issue with Garrett being forced on him. :newsmile44:

Schottenheimer's screwed. His OC's the new Miami coach, his DC's the new Dallas coach, the successor to the OC is the OC in Cleveland. Came mildly close to losing James Lofton. There's a chance that Brian Schottenheimer might try to get out of his contract to go out there, I guess. Ramsdell could run that offense, I guess. Still, it's a ton to ask of a team to replace that much talent, especially this late in the game.

Dallas is a soap opera. It could not happen to a nicer team either.

Yeah, that's pretty much what I'm thinking too. He was on thinning ice anyway, and if I'm not mistaken, he's currently in the last year of his contract.

I've been trying to work in some sort of mention of "Feed The Stud" into the free time and sex life of an out-of-work Dan Henning, but I can't stop vomiting enough to make it funny.

I was listening to some radio station and they were mentioning how some coaches are better suited as coordinators rather than head coaches mentioning Wade Phillips as a prime example. I think TO is going to eat him alive

So San Diego is losing it's Defensive Coordinator. And Ron Rivera is without a contract in Chicago. AND Chicago is notorius for underpaying its coaches. AND there is talk of rivera needing to get out of the defensive shadow of Lovie. Hmmmm?

Problem is Rivera doesn't want to run the 3-4, someone (Clayton, maybe) on ESPN Radio cited that as a snag in Dallas.

would undoubtedly be a snag in Rivera leaving for San Diego, too.
