    Kinda nice to see a team do this. Most NFL teams have banned the word "rebuilding" from their facilities, but their shit was broken and they're being candid about fixing it.

    The owner had to DIE for this to be allowed to happen. Maybe the LA Panthers will go this route.

    McKenzie also took steps to decrease cap commitments in his first year. Gettleman has continued to increase them in pursuit of being competitive his first season.
