    There's something up there, I know the Denver media had been all over him because of his laid back attitude but I don't think that would be enough to ditch someone.

    Denver didn't bring it up and turned the Chiefs offer down, what's the issue?

    After Jake's meltdown, I would just as soon have anyone else but we're stuck with him, I'm afraid.

    I would LOVE to replace him with Cutler, but it ain't happening.

    Cutler's a Virgo, bw.

    Weren't he and Philip Rivers mouthing off at each other last year? I heard Cutler was a punk. But Rivers sorta is too.

    I could buy that on both.

    Which is fine. Guys don't have to be leaders and this team has some leaders on board.

    But it's still a concern - you don't want to give up tons for an upgrade that forces your team to sway with the wind on the outcome of the trade, and then have that guy not get along with the existing pieces. It's kinda like trying to run over your girlfriend or a DUI - your existing team deals with it and makes do, but the new team scrutinizes it endlessly. Unless they sign him anyway, then it's suddenly acceptable.
