anywhere I lay my head I'm gonna call my home
SO here's how it is. My roommates had TVs...they brought 3 to the apartment. Figured, hell, don't need to buy anything.
As time went on and their lazy asses never got jobs, things got different. For one, they bought a brand new flat screen TV. OK, that's cool. I wouldn't have, but whatever. So they sell the old tv. Then they go a while longer without jobs, they sell the new TV too. the other two TVs are in their rooms. So I finally got around to getting something together in my room and now I have TV access whenever I want it for the first time in months. I didn't miss it too much but it's nice to have again.

How long have you gone without TV daily and still survived?

I go days without it, really.............

I've gotten so I don't watch hardly any except for stuff like the discovery channel or scooby doo when I ride my bike but thats it.......

I'd much rather be on my pc, on this board, can't you all tell that by now???:D :D

I went 6 weeks at a time every summer for about 3 years when I was a camp counselor. I didn't miss it much because everything was reruns. I need to cut back on my watching, but I usually just have it on for background noise.

Celyn, I am like you. I stay on this PC all the time. Is there something wrong with us?

I usually keep music on 24/7. It works as background noise, TV does, but I usually end up watching instead where music won't necessarily keep my attention longer than 5 minutes at a time. I do a lot of work at my desk, which despite having a lot of space at my disposal is next to my bed. So TV's gonna be a big ass distraction.

I'm going through March Madness withdrawl. There's not any good b-ball on tonight. Just the whorenets and women's. WWF is on though. Rock and Hogan are teaming up against Hall and Nahs in just a few.

Does having only 3 channels count as really having tv? I always have the radio on. I hate silence!

i use mine to watch ball games. football, hockey, bball. also use it for playing tapes and dvd's.

every morning my tv is on while i get ready for work. watch the news and and i want to know what kind of weather to expect. living here, it's good to know the weather. snowing right now, but yesterday it was like spring.

i know someone who uses the tv as a planter.
:(
