anyone watch? My wife to be graduated from Miami of Ohio, I've actually been to a game there, so I'm a fan of them. They're doing decent, but the suprise of the year is Army. They lead the Atlantic Division while Miami is 1 point behind in 2nd place in their division. If you get a chance to watch, that's good quality hockey.

I used to attend Illinois Chicago games (formerly CCHA) and saw MSU, Lake Superior St, Bowling Green, etc. Was fun, but the hockey wasn't great--it was more about guys headhunting because of the full facemasks they wore.

I noticed a little of that. I think they have made a better focus on playing hockey instead of the physical aspect with how competitive and so much parity in the NHL these days.

god dammit. BC with a "Bobby Ore" type goal in OT to beat Miami to advance to the Frozen Four. Miami is young, they'll be back next year.
