    Whom?

Let's see, we had Moose, who had over 2200 yards and 147 catches with Jake. Not mediocre. Smith, we know what he's been able to do. Ricky Prohel has 80 catches with one foot in the retirement home. Hell, playing a less physically demanding WR position, even Colbert set a rookie record for catches last year. This year, he's sucking.

Arizona is a pass happy team, that does have two very talented recievers. We are a running team. So we aren't going to have as many. I submit that this year, Jake has regressed in part because of a lack of confidence in his #2, because he fuckering sucks. Last year, when Jake had 29 TDs, he didn't have that lack of confidence, but this year he seems to and it appears to be well earned.

    Hankton doesn;t have 23 catches.

Foster - a backup RB until 2 games ago - has more catches. Mangum, a BLOCKING TE - who missed games - has 3 less.

    Colbert ain't producing.

Yep. Colbert should be getting better, not worse. But he's clearly gotten worse. He laid an egg out there, and it's been about the only constant he's brought. It's nobody's fault but his own, he's got opportunity. Blaming it on Jake's a copout.

Cutting Gardner was meant to send the message to Colbert, "You're next."

All I know is that the sophmore slump has definitely affected Colbert and Gamble. Gamble plays well in spurts, ain't bad in the run game, but get's beat a lot.

Colbert is just taking up space this year. He can't even be a d-koy.

Even worse, when he does actually make a play, he tries to do his best impersonation of a SS celebration. I wanna slap him.

We should of kept the Moose. I don't care what the fuck it would have cost. He didn't want to go to Chicago. His family is still here. I know about the salary cap, but I also know we could have worked something out.

#1) Moose wasn't good as a #2 here, and hasn't been good in Chicago either (lots of drops, etc).
#2) Moose didn't have any interest in giving us the kind of hometown discount it would have taken. I don't blame him at all for taking the insane money Chicago offered.

Colbert has definitely been le suck, and while I think Delhomme's refusal to go through progressions has hurt all non-Smitty receivers, there's also no question that Colbert has been awful in the few chances he's gotten. Proehl's numbers are down from last season, but Colbert licks the skin off of unwashed testicles.
