of course I didn't see anyone say he was the one who lost this game either.

I don't think that Jerry Richardson is a nine-headed snake.

I agree that Colbert is a dud. I he is going to sit on the bench, he will need some help because I'm sure he will miss it when he attempts to sit his arse down.

All the other points you made became moot once this sentence made it's way through your keyboard.

Colbert had three drops (or at least off the hands) and one block in the back call. I'd like to see Drew Carter get a starting shot and more balls throw his way

I have no idea why Colbert is a blocker on kickoff return. It makes about as much sense as Goings at KR, or a uterus in Rosie O'Donnell.

Yeah, the long pass was definitely on Jake. He doesn't have great arm strength. If you notice, almost every time our receivers have to wait on the long ball to get there.

But, who is Colbert gonna ride the pine in favor of? Carter? He's better but not by much. He's an athlete, but not a receiver. Our receivers after Smith are big zero's.

Thats bullshit. He's underthrew a couple this year; but he's got plenty. Smith last week, Smith in 2 OT playoff game against the Rams, TD to Moose in the Super Bowl.

His arm strength is fine. IIRC he won the long distance throw in the QB challenge last year or the year before. He underthrew a couple last week, Smith coulda had another TD last week, and he did this week too. He dropped one right betweeen Carters arms that could have been 7; I bet David Carr has plenty of arm strength. Just like Chris Weinke....

That was definitely underthrown. Jake's arm is fine, but that particular pass was pure dogshit.

Not that Keary would have caught it, but still.

Yeah I'm not arguing that; definately underthrown. Like the one last week Smith got the PI on; if it had been on the money that would have been 7.

But to make out like every single pass is underthrown and the WRs are standing around waiting for them to get there is pure bullshit.

To my knowledge, no one is suggesting that.
