    Add a teason of ghee and a tablespoon of coconut oil to your coffee (to one of the 4 or 5). Healthy, good for you, and tastes outstanding. The actual name is called Bulletproof Coffee.

    I am not real lover of coffee. Only one time per day I drink tea with lemon taste.

    I am great of coffee. It took me about 5-7 cups per day.

    I also love coffee but not a regular guy. Only 1 cup per day is enough.
