having a family of lawyers, i hate to say it, but its very rare someone in your position comes out on top. the alcohol card trumps most anything. except mcfly's right. if it happened outside you may have a chance. when you go outside they are supposed leave you alone and call the cops. is that the one diel bought?

 

my lawyer just called....he told me to take out a warrent for everyone envolved, but told me that I would lose.....he said if I had let the guy kill me I'd have a case, but the fact I fought back left me open to interpretation. I'm still talking to the owner.

dude that rocked me is a renta cop....15 years service....trained to fuck people up and he was sober....working the door.

In that case, meet him at his car when he gets off or follow him til your sure he's alone to ensure a one-on-one encounter. BEWARE, those types usually are paranoid and carry some form of consealed weapon...pepper spray, asp, knife or even a gun. Most have some form of self defense training as well. Proceed at your own risk!
He's probably thumped on a number of people and has his eyes pealed at all times for those looking for payback. I know I was that way for a few years after I quit working at the bar, and there were a few incidents of people stepping up.
Honestly, I'd just let it be unless he steps to you.

 

my only goal at this point is to talk to the owner....let him know what went down and see what he thinks about it.

 

If you don't get satisfaction go over to his house and rail his wife in the ass. Either that or pinch a turd in his bathtub
