Chase Daniel/Graham Harrell

What would be the damage in giving one of these guys a shot?For league minimum,they were very good QB's in college and i know people say the system made them look good but these guys made sound decisions in the passing game.Hey they gotta be better then what we got and would be nice to have a qb for years to come rather then getting washed up back-ups.

 

The damage is minimal, the odds of them actually panning out instead of being a waste of time and roster space is pretty slim. They are both system guys, and texas tech especially has a poor history with their guys, Daniel couldn't beat out the last system superstar in Brennan. They may be better than what we have in time, and that's the key, how long are you willing to wait to see two stripes on your franchise qb test? and if they fail then we spent years developing a washed up backup.

 

There's a reason they aren't currently backups, and they aren't familar with out system.

If it comes to who is next up its got to be Moore.

 

Forget those two

There will be several superstars in next year's draft......McCoy, Bradford, and Snned all in the first round and we won't get a chance at any of them. On the other hand I think a steal would be Dan LeFevour from Cental Michigan. He would be a great QB for the Panthers.

 

I can already hear the crowd in my head next home game. They might not even wait for Jake to screw up again.

What happened to the guy we had in preseason, Cantwell, did he go on the practice squad?

 

If only the there some way to search the internet, an engine if you will, to find that info.

 

Each team should establish a website in order to provide a list of players, a game schedule, and other useful information.

 

That will never happen.
