Cats sign Eric Davis

[Wp28]

Only it was the cats with the big manes that play in Detroit. Damn that was my security blanket at DB

We must have told him no thanks - he made statements that he wouldn't play outside of NC again.

He must've been bluffing.

sentimentally, I say shit. Otherwise, I pretty much knew it wasn't going to happen.

he was talking to three teams, I expected him to go to Miami....he was sold on Detoit's new facilites...state of the art training/practice faciltiy and the new bench mark in stadiums...plus he'll likely be a starter. I'm worried about his age...he played mainly on specail teams last year...we've already got old legs in Todd Lyght now we have more.
