    Hardwoods or laminate are best, then you can CHANGE your area rug and your furniture anytime. I love mine. Well except in the winter, they are a bit cool.

    That's what I did, carpet in the bedrooms.

    Enough with the hard wood deal. My house is all hardwood except the bedrooms and bonus room. I even have hardwood stairs. And it is real hard wood, not that pergo crap.

    And you are right I am losing the battle as we speak. lol I can't wait to see the color of the carpet samples waiting for me at home.
