    Opinions.

    Do you pick the color of the carpet before you pick the color of the paint on the wall? Or do you pick the paint color before the carpet?

    Definitely will paint the room before the new carpet is installed.

    pick carpet dummy, you can repaint easier and faster then putting down new carpet

    Always get the paint to match something else. There's more variety of paint colors to choose from, allowing a better match.
