    Tepper (correctly) realizes that most people will go along for the ride it we're winning. He also (correctly) realizes that he needs to go underground during the losing. Make you face and your cause synonymous with the joy of winning.


    The Toht comparison is pretty decent. He's a little troll who only shows up when it's opportunistic.
