Canon G9 ??

    Any thoughts on this camara. Would like to get the rebel xti or the nikon, but can't afford the other lens and extras that add on. Was told the g9 is the best point and shoot that you can get. Anyone have one they can post pics from or any thoughts by anyone else that knows camaras?

    Definitely worth to buy for that price. I just got it for $430 for a few days



    The camera feels heavy and very big compared with my brother's Canon Powershot SD-700, and in automatic control the pictures are almost the same, but when using manual control it just becomes the magic!! I am an amature and was able to take point and shoot photos with out messing with all the numerous adjustments and all but 2 of the 600 pics I took came out perfect. This camera is fast and takes the best pictures I have ever seen.
