Staal named Captain. Will Brindamour be a healthy scratch by the end of the year?

Cam Ward is about to tie Artus Irbe for the All Time Hurricanes win mark. I meant to post this last week, but he's still 'about to' tie Irbe.

You know it's a shitty forum when you post five straight times to yourself.

It's not much, but it's home.

I know right? He tied it last night.

How about Captain Staal with the hat trick. Greatest Captain since Messier?
Hey, has Brindamour already been getting healthy scratched? I thought i heard that mentioned on NHL network yesterday.

4 wins in a row, 28 games left, schedule is pretty decent with a nice break for the Olympics. Canes might be able to pull off a miracle; fuck, forgot Maurice was the coach neverfuckingmind

Saturday night at RBC was pretty cool. Weather (and bad record) kept many fans away, but took the family up for the Blackhawks tilt. Hawks at the end of a 16 day trip look sluggish, Canes had bounce, and Ward was unreal. Nice to visit with some of the Canes staff afterwards, got to meet Toews, Kane, Hjalmarsson, Campbell and others. Toews actually took time and chatted with the kids. Classy guy, glad he wears the "C" for Chicago. Huet is/was off his game, a game they needed the goaltender to be nails. He wasn't, Blackhawks lose. Oh well. They are home now for a bit.
