Canes pick up Samsonov

true. Atlanta Braves....errrr...I mean Pens will prolly do what they've been famous for doing the last 15 years, make it to the playoffs and die.

 

Last year was the first time the Pens made it to the palyoffs since 2001. Recently the Pens have been famous for being awful and getting very high draft picks. I'd grab the paper and look to the bottom of the standings hoping we were still the worst so we had the best lottery chances. I spent more time reading about prospect and projected drafts than any actual games. But that time has paid off and now the Pens are ready to kick ass. My main concern now is goaltending. Conklin has been playing well and now Fleury is about to return and i ust think it's going to turn into a big fucking mess. I bet no one even reads all this shit. I think it may be my longest TBR post ever.

 

I read it all. Yes its the most you've ever posted. Yes I feel honored. Yes the Pens are still going to suck.

 

The Hart Trophy race is odd this year. 3 way tie between Crosby, Conklin, and Malkin. This may be the first year the MVP award was given to an entire team for being so fucking awesome.
