    they did miss some penalties, if i can see them and they don't call it that is bad.

    the worst one they missed wast Ovechkin's cross check (to the stomach) on Eric Staal. Once that call was missed, Lavvy went nuts, and the Canes checked out.

    Hate to say this, but the Caps are playing hungry, and the Canes look tired.
