For the record, there's probably more information/opinion/film available on the net on the draft than ever. I say probably, cause I haven't looked. I don't have the time for that time waster anymore.

There's no shame in that list, other than wanting a metrosexual douche over Julius. :)

I'm not big on easy and I have little confidence in Newton being the top player on the teams' board anyway.

If he was, i'd still expect they want a guy who is a decent guy, not in training to be one.

Best QB definnitely not always best player, but like piper said - would miami be better off if they had taken Matt Ryan?

Again that's great if you are getting Ryan, and not just random QB.

Yes, but I don't remember Ryan being hyped as a franchise QB in his draft, either. Solid, but no "Luck-type" hype.

Big, smart longterm starter from good program? Much better prospect.

Newton: "I see myself not only as a football player, but an entertainer and icon.'' Ron Rivera, Chan Gailey, John Harbaugh blanch.

    He'll never be a Panther.

Whether Cam develops into a productive player or not, who knows?

I sincerely hope we don't pass on him exclusively because of what he "tweets"....I mean, I know he did some bad shit in college, but Fat Fuck Richardson needs to get off the morality high-horse, particularly considering his son (allegedly) cheated on his wife.
