    Made a carrot cake Friday. Four layers, tons of cream cheese icing. Only one piece is left, blast it!

    I love it, too--but not so much out of the can. Gotta make that stuff! With a little vanilla, a little almond, and some coconut flavoring. To die for.

    That is one of my favorites! I'm trying to keep sweets out of the house for a while. I'm starting to look like this....:mixed-smiley-045: And I have to prepare for the season of the cake! I have three kids and their birthdays are in March, April and May. Bring on the cakes!
