    Well damn. It wasn't the damn modem at all. It was just a bad cable connector. Ok, I'll stop talking to myself now. Carry on.......

    Hell no. I've called three times now. That modem is probably on EBay. The shitty thing is the modem is works fine. I'm going to call Comcast and demand another credit on my bill.
