    I really don't think you should be speaking about adding value to anything. Gettleman not bringing in competition for Bell raises questions about his competence and ability to function as a general manager.

    It's a HUGE indictment of Gettleman that he left that situation unaddressed.

    What exactly is your value?

    There were veteran tackles available in free agency and the team created enough cap space to bring one in. We were all baffled by it at the time, so either Gettleman intentionally left Bell unchallenged to sabotage the season and get a better draft pick or he's a shitty GM, albeit a less shitty one than Hurney.

    Here's my issue. What exactly did you intend for this post to do:
    Did you mean it to convey that you disagree about Gettleman being irresponsible by not bringing in competition for Bell, or were you just being shitty for no particular reason?

    I think Gettleman wanted the O-Line to suck so the D-Line could gain confidence during practices.
