    He needs to add 10 pounds and be a 4-3 end rather than a linebacker. Or give him another 2 years to learn the position.

    What he needs is to play passing downs only as a rusher, the guy doesn't read the run well- 6th overall pick on a nickel rusher. Yikes.

    That would work for a while. Reading the run can be taught and practiced, more or less, whereas pass rushing athleticism can't so much, outside of spin/bullrush techniques, use of hands, etc. Holding contain can be learned.
