Burnt Turkey

    Not all that hard to make. And with Thanksgiving fast approaching, its always good to have some alternative dishes.

    Simply prepare your turkey as you normally would using your favorite recipe...roasting, deep frying, smoking, whatever it is. Then, and here's the most important part, just cook it about twice as long as the original recipe calls for.

    Black and crispy....mmmm mmmm goooood!

    Aunt Geraldine Costanzio used to make the best Cranberry mold in the county. But she never could quite nail the burnt turkey like momma could.
