Good hustle by Remmers who was on ground and got up to help push over goal line. Stewart didn't need the help by that point, but I like to see players get off the ground and continue to block or whatever they think might help the play succeed.

Two games in a row big-time stout, bull runs for TDs that were essentially stopped.

    I love that shit!

For all the shit I give Gettleman he has gotten lucky with "some" of his street free agent pickups. Oher, for the money paid, is not Todd Steussie bad and Remmers is better than I thought. I'd shave my nut sack for a Joe Thomas like LT

That's kind of gay. If you'd have said.... draft picks, or for a hot ass under 30 female, not so gay.

Just tired of a 20 million dollar a year investment getting beat up unnecessarily

Exactly why the next draft should be about the Oline, big time, for once.

Plus a good pass rusher, a good CB and a good SS for sure.

Seriously, could anyone imagine if we had a killer SS or FS right now? I do have to give ours props the last game, but still.

Same could be said for a real good WR.

I think Harper is gone next year with Coleman and Tre Boston taking over so a later draft pick or street free agent to back them up. I think we went off the rails with the Shaq pick because all the name off. Tackles were gone not that any of the ones drafted ahead have done shit so far. The Stanford guy in new Orleans has been horrible so far

The theory I have heard out and about is that because of the spread and college offenses etc that the college OTs are not prepared for the NFL game. Or that they are much harder to evaluate. And there have been a large amount of the higher taken guys struggling, or at least not dominating as a top guy is supposed to do.

Which would justify why a guy like Thomas would be so valuable. But it would have been a waste time thinking Gettleman was going to pay any kind of price for him. #1 it is the unreasonable asking price, #1A would be Gettleman admitting a mistake. And after all, the team is 7-0 so he has a reasonable argument for going cheap on the OL. Even if I don't agree with it.

Huh? He's been one of the worst offensive tackles in the league.
