I was talking to lexy one night while I was making a CD. She suggested a few and it turned out to be one of my favorites.

i want to build a good work out cd. maybe iceman can benefit from this. what tunes do you think are good for pumping iron?

at the pepsi center here in denver, last bb-ball season, eveytime the denver nuggets are introduced, they play this kick ass tune as an intro. damn good tune, but i dont know the title of it.

i will find out. we need to build a work out cd!
