    Oh, no, they're worse than the Raiders right now. Tampa will have a top 5, maybe a top 3 pick in the 2010 draft.

    they have the makings of a decent ground game. not much in the passing attack beyond bryant and winslow, and the quality of the qbs is iffy, which won't help that at all. their defense has lost tons, on and off the field, through age and departures. morris can call handoffs and inaccurate throws though, so he should be ok in that department.

    I thought it was weird when 2/3rds of the league's defensive coaches changed jobs last year. Two OCs fired in preseason is definitely weirder.
