    Very much agreed. He wasn't making all that much anyway, and it will cost almost as much to replace him with probably an inferior player.

    the cardinals, packers, and browns are all well under the cap. It might be the opportunity to sign some guys to bring Favre back for example...

    Talentwise, I agree. But I wonder if Buck's knees weren't going to render him to part-time starter status this year.

    Will that even get us under? I dont think it will. A little over halfway there.

    And then how do we restructure with no CBA? How does that work for rolling out the bonus?

    And then there's the rookies, a backup QB, a center, etc.
