    In 2007 the Browns took QB Brady Quinn at 22

    In 2012 they took QB Brandon Weeden at 22

    Now they got QB Johnny Manziel at 22

    Heh yeah. When you are paying coaches multi millions not to work, probably doesn't seem lime a lot.
