    i think the guy has a legitimate case. the contract expired and they denied them twice. i would sue their asses too. he should have been compensated for the ads and wasn't.

    now, him bitching about the delivery of his MVP car was a little much. he changed his mind on what he wanted and then they had to build what he wanted from scratch. that is going to take some time.

    Is he related to Al "Lawsuit" Davis? No, I agree he has a case with this recent one, but the car business (for one he didn't even keep) is a bit much.

    If he doesn't sue, people couild claim his likeness had become public domain, and anyone could use it without paying him. He has to take care of business.

    yeah, suing over the ad is fine, but he's a whiney little bitch over the MVP car. I bet Brenda Warner didn't even whine about her MVP cars. What a little pussy. I shudder every time I hear Brady and Montana in the same sentence.

    Aren't they one of the Companies that lobbied to change the law to where they can use a musician's song after 8 years instead of waiting 25 years without paying?

    They are too cheap to pay Seager so they just bribe congressman so they can get their way with any musician.

    They have enough money to find somebody creative enough to sell cars to not have to steal other faces or songs.
