i replied to an earlier post, but it never showed up, so:
i have a bow flex. i love it. the reason you were shaky when bench pressing is because it was too much weight for you. there are little muscles that you need to use to balance and keep steady. yours are weak. if you read the directions and watch the video it's all explained quite well. i work out with 190lbs on the bench press. i have no problem at all and the motion is smooth as silk. when people ask me how much i can bench i tell them what i work out with. i'll never max myself. i'm not stupid, it's dangerous. when i can do 12 reps with perfect form i move up 10 lbs. that's what it says in the directions and that's what i do. it's safe. i have the lat attachment and the leg attachment. i've had the machine for 2 years and it works the same as when it was new. i'ld recommend one to anyone. taking little time between sets and exercises i get my heartrate up to about 150. if i had the money for an elliptical machine(easy on my feet) i'ld get one and do about 10 minutes at 160 beats a minute, 3 times a week, but i don't, so i work out 6 times a week for about 25 minutes a shot. chest/shoulders one day, arms and back next day, legs and trunk next, day off, then repeat. anyway, i like it.
