I like Reich as a coach, but I think he may be a touch out of his depth in the CEO role. Irsay started to run roughshod over him towards the end, and it's not like Tepper is any more hands off.

The head coaches who stick around and have sustained success don't take any shit from their owners.

And because they don't take shit from the owners, players respect them...which doesn't hinder a guy from sticking around.

It's sounding like Wilks doesn't have a real shot at the Panthers job, which is a shame. Whoever Tepper hires is going to have an uphill battle to win over the players.

Remember when that guy let his DC run a bounty program on our players? Or his coaches scoring painkillers off the team medicine cabinet?
The smug snake coach tepper deserves.

If tepper hires peyton and kicks Wilks to the curb it is going to cause bad blood, his players and fans

peyton might bring on Suh, Incognito and Burfict

Fans got over roman harper. If the wins come they'll happily buy Tepper a new stadium. Sorry but fans are craven.

    Some did. Some never will.
If I hear him on the radio I'll change stations. If I notice him on a YouTube I won't watch it. If I see him running his grill on TV I will change the channel.
