    Usage policy for The Pirate Bay tracker system.

    They were raided in Sweden where their servers are located.

    There are questions of legality, but to assume that Pirate Bay is not tracking your torrents is just stupid. They say so on their own website.

    Turn on DHT for outgoing connections. Pirate bay trackers are on almost every site.

    I've tried that. I could not get any websites to load. My POP email would not work either. I tried and tried, different ports, etc. I just don't download nearly as much new stuff as I used to.
