Nobody wants to draft a RB this year. Fine. Nobody wants any of the available FA's this year. Too much money or they're just not good enough. Fine. Why not see if TimmyB is healthy and would like a shot to compete in camp? We just signed a player to a pretty neat "nothing to lose" type contract. Why not TB? I'm sure he'll come at a reasonable price, and we all know what he's capable of. What's the downside? We've took chances on worse conditions? If Lamar Smith is that workhorse Fox thinks he is, then TB as a 3rd down back looks like a pretty attractive option to me.

Agreed, Larry. I think it's best for all parties to let that ship sail.

I can certainly understand that, but at the sametime, if his ankle heals, he's the best available RB. We have almost an entire new staff, and new faces, so it's almost like a fresh start with a new team.

but not with the fanbase or the media. he just needs to go somewhere and play hard. i wish him the best of luck and i'm sorry it didn't work out perfectly here for him. he's a decent guy.
