Best Fast Food Hamburger/Cheeseburger?

    Same in the Fayetteville area. The BH has the best bbq, slaw & hushpuppies around; although I doubt it's affliated with yours.

    my opinions of Penguin come from several years ago. If it's like the rest of Charlotte it's become more and more packed with douchebags

    .....in Raleigh, you've gotta try the CharGrill. I think theres 4 in the city.
    Best damn open flamed cooked steak burger around here.
    One is right beside NCSU Campus on Hillsborough St. and another on Edwards Mill Rd. which is 3 minutes from the RBC Center where the 'Canes play.
    Steak Jr. with fries and a drink....$5.50.

    In & Out are great burgers(make sure you order them "Animal Style"), their fries suck. Five Guys have them beat though.

    A tear just ran down my face just thinking back about CharGrill.....memories and most awesome 'cuisine'.....damn, I'm planning my next trip to Raleigh right now....GO 'PACK'!!!

    In-N-Out is good, but the burger is small. Their fries are cut fresh. I rarely eat fries, but their's is good. However, they will never come east.

    For fast food Cookout is the best. I wish they had one in South Charlotte. Backyard was overpriced and they are closing stores.
