    Still a lot for sale this year - we just got back. Prices have barely moved from 2009.

    seems like a great time to buy.

    It seems to me, that having something like that just doesn't appeal to me - I'm not a huge beach guy, it's enjoyable but I'm also not super-loyal to one beach. And, unless I was fairly close (close enough to make a long weekend mostly enjoyable and not travel), I'd feel like I was tied to go there every time I had free time.
