I picked for every team. PFF has flaws in their appraisal process but they watch as much tape as anyone. Certainly more than I. Taking over another man's life is time consuming.

They haven't fixed the madden trade AI to recognize that high $$ RBs are terrible value?

OK I just spent all my free time this AM on this and I consistently got/took :

    8 Slayer OL NW
    39 Moore WR Miss
    73 Davis LB Ken
    113 Johnson S Ind
    151 Johnson WR SDSt.
    193 Brown CB MSU
    222 Stevenson HB Okl

I wouldn't hate those picks, and PFF liked them (except for Slater and Stevenson)

PS. I feel compelled to add that Carolina will not take ANY of the above. Whenever I give "my" picks those players do not become panthers (except for the #1 pick usually)

BTW, I think you should switch picks #5 and #6. The beat reporters in Cincy think they're going for a receiver, and Miami is clearly redoing their line.

This makes more sense to me too, both counts (however i still can't see NE trading up)

I didn't want to leak this but the beat reporters in Carolina (in my basement) released Fit's (top 16) list to me:

    1- Lawrence
2- Wilson (Going 1 and 2 so these won't factor in)
    3- Sewell
    4- Pitts
    5- Chase
    6- Waddle
7- Smith (but 6 and 7 are too potentially fragile)
8- Surtain (might end up BPA for us)
9- Parsons (may drop a little more)
    10- Darrisaw
    11- Barmore
    12- Moehrig
    13- J.O.K
    14- Horn
15- Fields (the lions will take him at 7)
    16- Lance

Fit has Pitts at the top of his board, mainly because their names rhyme. And I bet that Rhule has at least asked him to consider adding Alija Vera-Tucker. He seems to like his versatile and intelligent players. Also surprised not to see Slater on there, I bet they like him more than Sewell.

The top 5 of the NFL draft has just become smut. It's pornography for sports talk hosts. Picks 6 through 50-ish are where teams can truly improve by getting great value. I think that's especially true this year. Carolina would benefit from a trade back but I think they'll take a quarterback.

Damn CJ I'm thinking like you today. .. I typed in Vera-Tucker last and realized that was 17 so I deleted him. )
I've really been thinking Owusu-Koramoah with all the trade down to 15 thoughts. That would be a great value range and I also think he is going to be a really special DROY type player. He's the same height and only about 6 lbs lighter than TD when he came out of GA. J.O.K is even more active and quick with incredible instincts like TD. I would love to have him and move Chinn back to saftey. As it is I really feel like they either need to draft a S or a LB by round 3 and I see J.O.K as that extremely rare game changing type of player who could be the face of any teams defense.
