Atlanta sucks but....

wow...who wouldnt be undefeated after facing san fran, st louis, and arizona for the first 3 weeks?

 

The same could be said about us last year. Saying they suck is just stupid when we KNOW they always give us trouble and we are sitting at 1-1.

 

I'm not saying they suck. It's just that they keep getting elevated into something more than they are just because they have vick.

First they were superbowl bound, then they were the worst team ever without him, then vick was supposedly going to be the best QB ever in a WCO, and now a certain dumbass on ESPN calls them the best team in the NFC South, while Vick still is still struggling in the new system, along with the rest of his team.

 

actually, we played the defending Super Bowl champs in week 2 on the road, and won...what was your point again?

 

Tampa was not good last year.
Please don't tell me you don't remember people saying weren't any good since we had a relatively easy schedule last year.

 

No I remember. I'm just saying we beat the defending Super Bowl champs on the road. That trumps anything Atlanta has done this year. To say our 3-0 and their 3-0 is equal is rediculous, dispite what national perspective might claim. We actually did beat a decent team that fell apart during the year. You could say that St Louis is an equivalent victory, but they aren't the Champs, and that game wasn't on the road.

my point is to say they suck (referring to very first post) based on their schedule when they are 3-0 is being hypocritical...we pulled so many close games out of our ass last year and felt disrespected when it was mentioned even though we all knew we were just getting by in alot of those games

 

Fair enough, we didn't win any games 6-3 either. Time will tell if they are for real, time told that we were for real last year though. There's enough ATL fans claiming "no respect" without someone pimping them here.

like you said, 3-0 is 3-0 no matter who you've played. now if we can just knock them down a notch. i'm really interested in seeing if they can handle adversity, little losing streaks or 8 game ones, like we have been able to, and handle their business. mora seems like a brat, and i don't think things will be pretty if they hit a slump. sure hope we find out.
