    I will enjoy the new ball field in Kannapolis. I really like what they've done to Idiot's Circle. But I'm not going to spend a nickel on the major leagues, they lost me a long time ago.

    I haven't been to the circle in a few years. I do a drive through and check it out.
    As far as the extra inning rule, it should definitely shorten the extra inning games.
    Reminds me of the overtime football rule of giving the offense the short field.

    Out doing some errands on this hot steamy day. Took a ride up to the circle and... holy shit!
    The section is pretty much nothing like I remember.
    Definitely a lot more people friendly and they've blended it well with the research campus.
    I wonder who plays in the ballpark set up there. I didn't stop and walk over to see down in it, the actual field is in a excavated area like the Knight's park in uptown Charlotte.
    From what I could see, it looked first rate.

    It is, and the brewery makes damn good beer. I was there yesterday buying a bike at the Trek store.
