    AND they promoted Beane to VP, so they are hiring a GM, as well.

    McDermott would be wise to take a year off, I wouldn't want any of the current open jobs if I were him. He'd have his choice next year.

    I think they went for better a year too soon. McD never seemed to have taken the next step from playoff regular to champion contender. Kind of felt like the old norv chargers teams. There was always a "but" when it came to calling then superbowl favorites.

    Of course the odds are the bills hire a mike McCoy instead of a guy that really pushes the team over the top.

    Now the Bills pretty much have to trade Keon Coleman. Owner blamed the pick on McDermott and said Beane didn't want him.

    It's going to turn into a shit show up there. And just as New England is back. The Patriots are about to get five or six easy wins a year again...
