    I'm guessing Samuel returns on a one year deal. The league correctly views him as a #3 WR/gadget player, and the teams that could use him are cap strapped.

    Him and Perryman are nothing special but we had to beef up the run defense. I guess Chinn will stay in a hybrid role.
