    Will the Browns keep Mayfield and his cap hit or cut him?
    No other team has to make any deals now, just wait till they release him, right?

    They may not have much choice as far as his cap is concerned, but I really doubt they will want to keep him after signing Deshaun Watson and giving him that massive contract. Being the Browns, it's far more likely that they just cut him and get nothing, and then he goes somewhere else and plays lights-out.

    Seahawks just resigned Geno Smith. So Baker Mayfield will have to get cut by the Browns, then accept a league min to come to Seattle. We already have 2 backup up level QBs on the roster. Bringing in a third at a higher price with baggage isn't going to help anyone.

    He actually played better than Russell Wilson did when he came back early from his bruised labia last year. Maybe Ciara had the magic touch in one way, but milked her man dry in other ways.
