And I know their offensive line is a goddamn mess, but Baker Mayfield is still pretty average.

 

Defenses are realizing that these hot, young QBs are all throwing to one receiver based on the formation, and they'll hold the ball until that receiver gets open.

 

Plus their head coach is a fat stupid redneck. I don’t care if they’ve got 50 genderless quants in their analytics hub: That fat fucking redneck is a moron.

 

One thing Baker does too much of is locking his eyes on 10+ yards down the field. He has some great underneath options in that offense, and for whatever reason, fat fuck redneck coach won’t run Jarvis Landry on any shallow crosses.

Not to mention, Chubb was 6 yards a carry when they decided to stop running the ball tonight. And they were still in striking distance that point

 

Chubb is a rabid bull . .. why not just feed that stud until Ds park 8 in the box to stop him. He might be the surest thing between the tackles in a long time, so ride that hoss. ..
Then it would be easier for a mediocre dumbass QB to generate a passing game

 

Well, watching this game in person didn't do it justice as watching it this morning revealed a pretty thorough ass kicking. Defense is legit, but Jimmy still makes too many poor throws and is leaving a good 100 yards on the field damn near every game.

I still think the Goats and Seacucks are really good teams and we have to play them both twice. 4-0 is freaking awesome.

 

I'm not impressed with Jimmy G, but your defense is great. I think you split with both of them, and you're good enough to sweep the Rams.

 

Jimmy G is ok, and is serviceable with a good team around him and not get behind where he has to carry the team. A good def and running game is always an average qb's best friend.

 

Jimmy G is not $130 million good thus far, but he is 12-2 as a starter. Many of us think that ultimately Nick Mullens will be our starter.

Outside of injuries, our greatest concern is at the QB position...and it isn't what I'd necessarily call a bad thing as Jimmy is at a minimum satisfactory/good.
